Cut audio online: ringtones, voice notes and songs

Questions
How do I set it as my ringtone?
Android: copy the MP3 to your phone, then Settings → Sound → Ringtone → add. iPhone ringtones need GarageBand or iTunes.
Can I get the audio from a video?
Yes. Choose an MP4 video; its sound is loaded and you can cut and save it as MP3.
Does it work with long files?
Yes, but very long files (over an hour) need a lot of memory, especially on phones.
Can I use copyrighted songs?
Cutting a song for your own ringtone is fine. Don't upload or share copyrighted music publicly without permission.
