What is a committee (BC)?
A committee is a group savings plan popular across Pakistan. Each member pays a fixed amount every month, and each month one member receives the full collected amount. After everyone has had their turn, the committee ends. It's interest-free and helps families save for weddings, fees or business stock.
How to use this planner
- Enter the monthly amount, the first payout month and the members in payout order, or press Random draw for a fair random order.
- Press Make schedule to see who receives the payout each month.
- Tick payments as members pay, and share the schedule on WhatsApp so everyone knows their turn.
Questions
Where are the payment ticks saved?
Only in this browser on this device. Nothing goes to a server. If you clear browser data, or open the page on another phone, the ticks won't be there, so share or print the schedule regularly.
How is the random draw done?
The order is shuffled fairly by your browser, in front of everyone if you like. Press it once and share the result straight away so nobody can redo it.
