Make your signature online
Create a clean digital signature image for documents, emails, forms and agreements. Draw it with your finger or mouse, type your name in six handwriting styles, or upload a photo of your signature on paper and the paper is removed for you. Download it as a transparent PNG (best for documents) or a JPG with a white background. Nothing is uploaded: the signature is made on your device.
How to use your signature
- PDF: open Sign PDF and upload the PNG.
- Word / Google Docs: Insert → Picture → choose the PNG, then set "In front of text" to place it on the line.
- Email: add the PNG to your email signature settings in Gmail or Outlook.
Questions
Is a signature image legally valid?
For everyday forms and many agreements a signature image is accepted, but banks, courts and government offices may require a handwritten or certified digital signature. Check with the organisation if you're unsure.
Why use PNG instead of JPG?
A PNG has a transparent background, so only the ink shows when you place it on a document. A JPG always has a white box behind it.
My photo signature has grey patches. What do I do?
Raise Paper removal, take the photo in daylight without shadows, or sign with a thicker dark pen.
Is my signature stored or uploaded?
No. It's made in your browser and disappears when you close the page. Keep the downloaded file somewhere safe and don't share it publicly.
