CSV to PDF converter: how it works
CSV files exported from banks, apps and accounting software are hard to read as plain text. Choose your CSV and it becomes a tidy table with the header row repeated on every page, in portrait or landscape, ready to save as PDF.
My Urdu or special characters look wrong.
Save the CSV as UTF-8 (in Excel: Save As → CSV UTF-8) and convert it again.
Can I convert Excel files too?
Yes. The same tool reads .xlsx and .xls files, including several sheets.
How to convert Excel to PDF
- Choose your .xlsx, .xls or .csv file.
- Tick the sheets you want, and pick portrait or landscape (automatic chooses landscape for wide tables).
- Press Save as PDF. Each sheet starts on a new page, with the header row repeated on every page.
Good to know: values are printed as Excel shows them (numbers, dates, currency). Cell colours, merged cells, charts and pictures are not included; the result is a clean data table, ideal for sharing reports, price lists and statements.
Questions
My table is too wide for the page.
Choose Landscape and Small text. For very wide sheets, hide or delete columns you don't need in Excel first.
Are formulas included?
The calculated values are printed, as you see them in Excel, not the formulas.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
No. It is read in your browser and never leaves your device.
