How to add it to Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail

Gmail (computer): Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new → paste → Save changes at the bottom.
Outlook: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature → paste → Save.
Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures → + → paste.
Phone apps: Gmail and Outlook phone apps only allow plain text signatures; set it up on a computer.

Questions

Why doesn't my photo show?

Email programs can only show pictures that are online, so a photo from your computer won't work. Upload it to your website or use your LinkedIn photo link (right-click the photo → Copy image address).

The formatting changed when I pasted. What now?

Paste into the signature box with Ctrl+V (not "paste as plain text"). In Outlook desktop, make sure the message format is HTML.

Does the WhatsApp link work?

Yes. It opens a chat with your number on wa.me, so people can message you without saving the number first.
