Certificate of participation maker: how it works

For events with many participants, paste the full list of names below. Each name gets its own certificate with an optional number, so you can print them all at once.

How many names can I add?

Up to 300 at a time. For a very large event, make the PDF in batches.

Which paper should I use?

A4 card paper (200–300 gsm), printed in landscape at 100%.

Make certificates for your school, academy or event

Create certificates of achievement, appreciation, participation, completion, excellence and merit in three styles and six colours. Add your logo and up to two signatures, and number every certificate automatically. Paste a full list of names, one per line, to get a ready-to-print PDF with one certificate for each person. Everything is made on your device.

How to make many certificates at once

  1. Choose the type and style, and fill in your organisation, date and signers.
  2. Paste the names from Excel or WhatsApp into the names box, one per line.
  3. Press Download PDF. Each page is one certificate, A4 landscape, ready to print.

Questions

What paper should I print on?

Use A4 card paper (200–300 gsm) in landscape and print at 100% ("Actual size"). Ivory or textured paper looks more formal.

How do certificate numbers work?

Type a prefix like TCS-2026- and a start number. The first name gets TCS-2026-001, the next TCS-2026-002, and so on. Keep a copy of the list to check certificates later.

Can I use this for an official organisation?

Make certificates only for your own school, academy, company or event, with your own name, logo and signers. Never copy another organisation's name, logo or signature.

Are names uploaded anywhere?

No. The certificates are drawn in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.
